Beautiful and convenient gulf front ground floor condo, with spectacular beach front views. Located at one of the most popular Orange Beach locations. Enjoy the emerald water and sugar white sands of Orange Beach at "The Breakers". Listen to the surf right outside your door. Watch the dolphins cruising by in the mornings.

You just can't beat the location! Three shopping centers within walking distance across the street. Beautiful golf courses and marinas all within a couple miles of your door. Great dining just across the street. This convenient ground floor unit has a fantastic beach front and pool view right at your doorstep. We also have another ground floor unit at The Breakers if your party needs another unit.

Beautifully decorated with fresh colorful paint. Spacious (1200 sq ft.) two bedroom, two bath, with queen sofa/sleeper in living area will comfortably sleep six. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Linens are provided, but bring your beach towels. No Singles under 25, No Pets & No Smoking.

We enjoyed our stay at the Breakers unit 14!The condo was super clean, and surprisingly roomy for the square footage. I hate living out of a suitcase, so I especially loved that each room had dressers to hold our clothing and door hooks to hang towels. Booking, checking in, and checking out was easy.

The BEST location, ground floor and short walk to the beach.

This was our second time at this condo. While it is older and does need some minor cosmetic repairs/updates, this is such a good fit for our family as we have young kiddos. Walk right out to a well kept grassy area, super short walk to the beach, close to the trash disposal and parking, walking distance to the restaurant Coastal and super close to Walmart/other groceries. We had a fantastic stay. The host was super helpful and answered a call immediately (ended up being an issue with the neighboring hotel’s pool pump, and not ours). All great things here if you are looking for a simple, clean and relaxing visit to the beach!! Book this place!!

Annual Beach Vacay

The location from condo patio to sand cannot be beaten unless you are in a beach house directly on the gulf. It has now become my husband’s favorite place on the beach, and we’ve been coming to OBA for years. The condo building is a little bit older. The condo, itself, has had some updating and is well loved. The AC worked well. The water pressure was nice.

This was our second time staying at this unit and we still love it!! It makes everything so much easier with our kids, especially the very short walk to the beach. We always feel very safe here. Loved the ground floor condo! Great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Walmart right across the street. Noticed the washer/dryer was out upon arrival, but the owners had a brand new set delivered the next day! The only thing I’d say was the condo could have been a little more clean, the nightstands were very dirty but overall a good stay.

Did not Meet expectations

The property owners should have their spouses stay at this property for two weeks. Then they would know what it was like to stay at their property. Formost, it was not clean. My wife laundered the bedsheets immediately as they were not clean. They wash machine could not empty the water out at the end of the cycle. Floor needed cleaning. The master bedroom mattress is about 3 years past it's prime. Head and feet lay above our torso's. Master bath toilet could not properly flush without removing the top and manually flushing all the time. Patio door lock broke halfway through our stay. Could not utilize the patio after that. Owner could not get anyone out to fix in a timely manner. So spent several days, walking out the front door to go around to the patio to sit. Some Dining room chairs have loose legs. All in all it's too bad I paid up front, as I believe this owner owes me about a third of my payment back. I do not recommend this place to anyone else until things get straightened out. Too bad, because the location is great.
