Come relax and watch the sun set with unobstructed views at Lighthouse 608! Located on the 6th floor, our unit sleeps up to 8 with a King in the Master, Queen in the 2nd Bedroom, 2 twins in the Bunk Room, and a Sofa Sleeper. All bedrooms come with flat screen TVs. The Master Bedroom has an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and the bathroom comes with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The unit comes with a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Parking passes will be purchased onsite through Lighthouse and Driver's licenses will be checked when checking in. Guests may purchase up to 2 parking passes.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
