Unit 1605 at Seawind is gorgeous and so incredibly comfortable!!

The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances...it is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A very large laundry room is found off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer.

The owner is so thoughtful and you will find extras all throughout this condo!! A beach cart with chairs, a few sand toys and an umbrella to use during your stay! The kitchen is extra stocked!!

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a huge 50” HDTV and BluRay DVD player. The living room overlooks the beach and has access to the gulf front deck. The dining room table sits 6 with more seating found at the kitchen bar.

All bedrooms and living room are equipped with HDTV's and BluRay DVD players with access to NetFlix.

The master and guest baths are both large and very luxurious with granite counters.

The deck is stocked with multiple sitting areas and very comfortable furniture!!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Perfect for our extended family

The condo was full of amenities (just as described) that made it perfect for our extended family vacation (9 people - grandkids to grandparents). Beds were perfect and the beach items were greatly appreciated. Kitchen was well-stocked with small appliances, cooking dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. They even had an iron and ironing board for our beach pictures!

Rough start & communication

We arrived early Monday to a condo complex completely under construction. The pool and hot tub area had been closed since January, with no communication to us beforehand of getting there (March). We had booked this condo based on the amenties for our kids. Apparently the kid area was going to be open but when we went down to look, it was covered in trash. The condo floors were dirty but the rest of the condo seemed okay. We were moved to another condo complex later in the day dur to the condo not matching the listing. We had an array of issues there as well. We were told at the end of our stay, the management company would reach out to "make things right" by giving a discount. They never did once we left. Overall, disappointing after communication had been great with all of the issues up until we left.

Great “historic” stay!

The condo was clean comfortable and in a great location. Contact with management was quick and easy with them giving us timely noticeb of what was going on. We managed to come to the beach for a month and have more snow than they had in Anchorage! Quite the experience. The complex had a couple issues due to the freezing temperatures thus the notices from management. We would definitely recommend this condo for a long or short stay!

Small but nice

Its smaller than the pictures show. The floors were dirty our toddlers feet were black from the floors by the time we unpacked the pots and pans were greasy. Other than that it was great the kiddy pool was nice and the adult pool and hot tub as well. The gym was nice as well with a great view. One of the elevators stayed broke the majority of the time we were there so that slowed us down a bit. All in all it was a good time and good location

Great location and stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. While the elevators do get crammed, being on the 16th floor, we rarely had as long of a wait as others on lower floors. The advantage of this property's amenities made the elevator situation worth it. The ocean was quite choppy during our visit and the splash pad and the pool were a great alternative for our family. The condo was well kept and the communication was clear and really prompt. Will visit again!

We had a great time! The condo was great for our family of 5. 2 adults, 3 children ages 1, 3, & 7. We thought the condo was supposed to have a high chair, but didn’t see one. Family-Friendly Condo

We had the most amazing week on the beach! The condo was clean and had plenty of room for our family of four. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to several restaurants and shops and felt it was perfectly situated between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores Pkwy. We especially loved having access to all the beach gear, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, a wagon, and sand toys. We used these each day on the beach. The seating on the patio was also amazing. We ate breakfasts and lunches outside and often watched the sun set from the patio. The view from the 16th floor was incredible. The condo had everything we needed for a beach vacation; beautiful inside and out!

We really enjoyed the condo and it's location. Very roomy , we didn't feel like we were on top each other. The response text number was quick to resolve issues , we only had a few issues. A box fan that didn't work and the screen door coming off track. The balcony doors have seen better days they are rusted in the tracks . But that's honestly my only complaint. The freezer works super good . They supply you with most of what you need to prepare meals as far dishes go . Save your Walmart bags for the bathroom trash cans . We will be back

Although, due to unforeseen circumstances we were moved to a different unit, the whole process went smoothly. Contact with the management team was timely and helpful. The property pool could use more regular cleanings - the water felt oily - but that didn’t damper the week. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores, and smooth entry onto the beach.

Great Location and Views

Location was perfect and close to many restaurants and attractions. In regards to the condo, quite a few maintenance issues needing addressed (closet door off hinges, master shower clothes line falling out of wall, sliding door to patio jams and a few other items. There is also a dehumidifier that is really loud that must run. If you turn it off, puddles of water will form throughout the dining and living room and into the master bedroom. Your feet will always be wet/dirty and it becomes slippery, especially for kids. DO NOT walk around in your socks as they will be wet and dirty within minutes.
