Contemporary and inviting, this Gulf Shores "right on the beach" condo sleeps six vacationers comfortably and in style. You'll be mere steps away from the beautiful Gulf waters. No navigating roads or parking lots to get to the beach!

This two bedroom/two bath plus youth-sized bunk bed unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, including a 4.2 quart air fryer, free WiFi, a media monitor/TV in the living room and in each bedroom, as well as a DVD player for movie nights. It also has an in-unit washer/dryer and a private balcony with a Gulf Front view to take in the iconic sunrises and sunsets.

When your day is done, relax in the comfortable bedrooms which include: A master suite with a king-sized bed, large closet, and plenty of storage. A second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and closet. And a bonus - a set of twin bunks in the hallway. (Please note that the bunks are not suitable for adults; kids only, please.) Another bonus: A queen-sized air mattress!

Clearwater 5D, 517 East Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, AL, is a pet-free and smoke-free family and snowbird friendly condo home. Shared amenities include an elevator, community pool, and one parking space per unit.

Fantastic Beach Frontage

The beach view and beach access are the best part about this place. The condo is clean and has a good flow. The sliding door needs attention, later in the day for some reason it becomes harder to slide open and shut. The grounds and pool need updating. Overall it is a good place to stay.

The property was great . The condo had some housekeeping issues but nothing too serious. My only complaint is there was a disgruntled lady in one of the other units and the police had to be called .

Not for families

This would be an ok rental for college students but not for families. The college students above us smoked weed constantly which when my children would go out to the patio they would ask about. However, the couch was so dirty that we didnt want to sit on it so we preferred to be outside. The condo was not well equipped ( for example no ice trays, pans rusted etc), and the appliances so dated that we could not read the numbers on the dial to use the oven. The condo looked like it had not been cleaned well in a very long time. The location and view was great but it is not a place to bring a family...A great place for college kids use to dorm life .
