LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The soft tones in the gulf front living room will put you in the beach state of mind. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats 6 people. There is also a breakfast bar that can seat 4. The living room also includes access to the balcony.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The primary bedroom not only provides comfort in the king size bed but access to the private gulf front balcony. The primary bath has a tub/ shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has a twin-size bed and a set of twin-size bunks. The guest bathroom is a full bath with a tub/ shower combo. This 6th floor condo comfortably sleeps up to 7 people.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent. During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present
