This 2 bed/ 2 bath condo on the 4th floor is designed with comfort in mind. Sit back and enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico in the cozy living area that has a flat screen TV and a queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to enjoy home cooked meals. There is a dining table that seats four people comfortably and there is seating for four at the bar area. Enjoy the breeze on the private balcony where you can take in all the sights of what the beaches of Gulf Shores has to offer. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The primary bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and a flat screen television so you can unwind after a long day at the beach. The master bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen television; the guest bathroom has a tub/ shower combo as well. This condo sleeps up to six people.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present
