    The Beach Club Doral 1606 is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath luxury condo on the 16 floor with a private balcony & a Direct Gulf View from the living, dining, kitchen area and the master bedroom! The Doral tower is located "Right on the Beach" at an upscale resort with a sugar white sand endless beach! As a guest in this condo, you will have access to the four sparkling pools with hot tubs at the foot of each of the four towers, three boardwalks with showers that leads to the sugar sand beach and Gulf of Mexico, playground, basketball court.



    D1606 has a large, private, furnished balcony for dining or sipping on something cool while watching the dolphins play in the Gulf! The condo amenities include Wi-Fi, a cottage style open floor plan, a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, a washer/dryer, a king primary bedroom that adjoins the balcony and a private bathroom with a separate vanity area and a walk-in shower, a queen guest room beside a full bath with a tub/shower combo, and a guest bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4 in beds in this room) across from the 1/2 bath.



    The beds are made with fresh white linen, and a linen set is supplied for the sofa. There is a modest supply of bath linens and a "one day" supply of basic kitchen and bath amenities/toiletries. Please bring your beach towels, food, disposable paper goods, extra trash bags and detergents for the clothes washer & dishwasher.



    The owner leaves his outside storage closet unlocked so you will have access to beach items and toys the owner and previous guests left behind. There is a Dollar General close by for convenient shopping!





    Parking passes are included in your quote: 1 vehicle for 1- and 2-bedroom condos, and 2 vehicles for condos with 3 or more bedrooms. Passes for additional vehicles can be purchased for $40 each. Each driver's name is registered with The Beach Club before arrival, and drivers receive their pass at the gate. Each driver should know the condo name and departure date. No trailers or RVs are allowed past the gate.

Great Stay

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The resort had easy access to the beach and great activities planned throughout the week. We had a great stay and would definitely rent from Pam again!

Perfect place to stay on the beach!

This a great place to stay! Very comfortable and cozy. The place is very clean and well kept. Beautiful view of the beach with easy access to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. I highly recommend!

Nice unit on the 16th floor. All necessary amenities were available. Unit was very clean and well kept. Only wish is that they had some type of lounge chair on the balcony rather than just a table and bar stool type chairs. Communication prior to check in was very good and check in was very easy. We would use this unit again.

Really nice condo with amazing view. Had more room than the pictures felt like and the master bedroom was awesome! Balcony view is as good as you’ll find in fort Morgan. 5 stars, very clean and would definitely stay here again

Home Away from Home

Doral 1606 was the most comfortable and relaxing condo I have ever stayed in. The view was outstanding, and the amenities included everything we needed. Everything was very clean. I cannot think of one thing that we were unhappy about. We spent 2 weeks here and felt like we were at home. We will return.

Most wonderful condo on the beach!

The condo was exceptional! We had plenty of room, and the views on the balcony were amazing. The kids loved the bunk beds in the bedroom. We had a great time on the beach, and everybody was so nice. The food trucks were so good on the property, and the kids had plenty of things to do. I would highly recommend staying here. We hope to be back soon.

One shower had red bacteria at the sliding glass door, Booked for five nights I checked the availability on the condo and it showed it was open for three more nights sent the host a text about possibly staying two more nights no reply other than a list on app of other places to rent. No explanation why this condo wasn’t available. Nice view and location.

Perfect Place For Friends And Family!!!

This unit was perfect for our family. My wife and I, 3 children, and 2 of their friends had plenty of room. The view was excellent, the decor tasteful, and the bedding was extremely nice. Great water pressure, toys in the owner's closet to play with along with books to read. One guest room has 4 bunks, perfect for the kids and friends. The third bedroom and half bath truly provided for all of our needs. The only complaint is that we had to leave! We will be back, though!

The best time!

This condo was everything and more! It is huge so at no point with all seven of us did we feel like we were running over each other. There are Tupperware stocked and organized that was so handy for us because we cooked and carried stuff down to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans. There was a closet full of beach stuff that came in handy too because we also needed the extra umbrellas. We had such a great time and they even let us check in early which gave us a whole extra half day at the beach. We will definitely be back!

The condo was beautiful and so well stocked. Wonderful location!!!

My family and I so enjoyed our stay in this condo and would love to return. It was furnished beautifully and well stocked… the location is wonderful and all of the amenities are great especially with our 3 grandchildren that came. My sister and her her family were in another condo in Doral as well so it was perfect!!! My daughter and I even took advantage of the Pilates class one morning at 8:00 on the balcony of the Coastal Veranda. (It was wonderful! I’m still sore lol or maybe from carrying chairs, tent, etc to beach haha ) The beach is my happy place and we made some wonderful memories here that I’ll always cherish. ♥️

Family vaca w/ young children

Beautiful place and very clean! It was the perfect size for my family. The resort was nice, as well. It was our first time in Gulf Shores and we plan to come back. Biggest drawback to the condo is safety features for children. As stated in the description, the condo is on the 16th floor; however, it also has tall patio furniture making it even more dangerous with children. In the living room, make sure to double check the lock on the sliding door. It works but does not easily lock. You have to push the door shut firmly at the same time as you lock it. It usually took several attempts to secure it locking properly. Also the door to the hall is not difficult for children to unlock and open. Overall, it was great stay but would not recommend staying with young children.
