Welcome to our 3-bedroom unit on the Gulf Coast of Alabama! It's comfy and convenient, with cozy bedrooms for relaxation. The living area has a Smart TV for entertainment, the kitchen is well-equipped.
Step onto the balcony to enjoy the sea breeze. There's a charcoal BBQ for outdoor meals. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, perfect for beach lovers.
One of the highlights of this property is its prime location. Whether you're a sunseeker, a water sports enthusiast, or someone who simply enjoys a leisurely stroll along the shore, the proximity to the beach ensures that you can easily indulge in the coastal lifestyle.

• Please note we don't provide beach towels.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
•The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
