- A completed rental agreement and photo ID are required for all reservations.
- Monthly stays are available November through March.
- Monthly stays run from the 1st of the month through the 1st of the following month.
- Monthly rates are not prorated.
- All beds are triple-sheeted with professionally laundered linens replaced prior to every stay.
