'Extremely unsatisfied as I left belongings in room after checkout, called that night and told them where I left my belongings and I got the impression that they could care less. I called again the next morning , no one was in that room and someone-I assumed was front desk said they went up to the room and didn’t find anything-my items were presents😡☹️'

'Upon arriving to the front desk I was greeted with a smile. Marty was very helpful and accommodating. The office was clean and inviting. He set us up in the perfect room, 2nd floor overlooking the pool. My only complaint was the smoker next door was outside a lot smoking and leaving his ashtray by the door. Our room was large and clean. The pool was very clean and refreshing after a hot day of golf and beach activities. The staff member Marty also gave us great recommendations for restaurants...

'This stay we did not have the breakfast for the two days, we slept in. Room was clean but smelt musty. Mattress was soft. Staff was great! We stay here cause it's the closest hotel to our son's place and unfortunately he does not have room to put us up. Both stays we never went to the pool. Hotel is very conveniently located.'
