Come and stay at GulfBreeze retreat to create memories together. Lots of room for family gathering, it’s in a quiet neighborhood. at GulfBreeze Retreat. You’ll have full access to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 full bath is located by the 3 bedrooms, and other side of the living area you’ll find the hallway where the laundry room, standing shower and the half bath located at.
In the morning You can enjoy coffee on the front porch while relax and listening to the water falls sounds from the pond.
During the day. You can soaking up the sun on beautiful nearby beaches or explore all attractions our area has to offer for all ages like Zoo, National seashore Park, Boating on Milton’s rivers, Lakes and Springs, dining and Shopping at the malls or take a day trip to explore many other activities in surrounding cities near by like Pensacola, Navarre, Fort Walton, Destin, Miramar….They’re in driving distance from 10 minutes to 1+ hour away.
In the evening. Grill and Chill, eating dinner on the back porch and watching your family play games in the backyard or watching movies together in the living room on the big screen 75 inch TV and called the night.

*NOTE* This property is so unique. It looks like a normal house but built as a multi units property. The interior built as 2 separate/locked off units like a hotel’s style. The 3 bedrooms unit is the main unit and it’s rentable. The 1 bed room unit (like a mother’s in law suite) is not for rent. It’s for the owner to use occasionally whenever they come in town to check on the property…. Each unit has its own separate entrance. The only shared part is the extended parking/driveway which can park 6-8 cars, and a small portion of the back patio was divided by the divider for each party’s privacy…
The garage is not rentable. It’s used as a storage for maintenance crews to take care of the property.
