You can relax on beautiful beaches or explore all attractions our area has to offer for all ages like Zoo, National seashore Park, Boating on Milton’s rivers, Lakes and Springs, Shopping malls and many other activities in surrounding cities near by like Pensacola, Navarre, Fort Walton, Destin, Miramar….They’re in driving distance from 10 minutes to 1+ hour away.
The space
* You’ll enjoy this brand new space with 3 brms 2 bths, a nice open concept with living/dining/full kitchen with dining table and a big island, coffee and beverages bar is all for your whole family to gathering and have fun together.
*This property has an attached locked off unit which is under the same roof and has attached walls to your unit. It’s has been using as office/owners‘ suite when they’re in town. It’s on other side of the house but it has its own separate entrance for both parties’ privacy.
To ensure your privacy. Those attached doors access to your side will be locked during your stay and only can open by keys or keypad codes from your side, so please keep those doors locked the whole time.
The garage is locked up for used as a storage and has its own entrance for maintenance crews to come in and out to get their supplies for maintenance all our other properties.
Guest access
You’ll access the house by the front door with a smart lock/keypad code.
You’ll have full access to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 full bath is by the bedrooms side, and on other side of the house you’ll see the hallway. That’s where the laundry room, the shower and the half bath is located at.
In the morning You can enjoy coffee on the front porch while relaxing and listening to the water falls sounds from the pond.
In the evening. Grill and Chill, eating dinner on the back porch and watching your family play with games and toys in the backyard or watching movies together in the living room on the big screen 75 inch TV and called the night.
