'When was the last time you forgot an item at a hotel, went back to hoping to retrieve it, and found that the staff not only retrieved it and saved it for you but wrapped it up in a package? When was the last time a hotel manager bent over backwards to straighten out an error or omission that wasn't their fault? We received outstanding service from Connor, especially, and that BOB approach was extended throughout the hotel. Truly, outstanding customer service at this hotel!'

'Het is een prachtig hotel waar van alles is te doen, heel mooi zwembad met hottub en het restaurant is ook goed. Het personeel doet zijn best voor je en je krijgt goede service.
