We got all that and more. Xochitlan does a great job of combining modern amenities with Mexican charm. 'The unit was right next to noisy washer & dryer that seemed to be being used a lot. Ants on kitchen counter. Air conditioning worked well. Shower had great heat. Location was pretty good'

'We arrived on a Friday earlier than normal check-in. Contacted the host and made arrangements for and early check-in. The property was clean and right in the middle of town. Easy access to everything. Communication with the host was effortless. Very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely book this listing next time we are in Sayulita. '
