The staff at the cafe during voco time gave us excellent service and we were about to order Chinese food to consume on top of our complimentary high team. The young man, can't remember his name at the counter could even recognize us as regular customer and help us with the menu our last day there. »

« The location wasn't bad. It was close to Beijing Road (shopping area). The access to the metro station was 5-6 minutes walk. However, at the reception, it was very difficult to communicate in English. The bed was so hard, felt like sleeping on the concrete. The room didn't smell of cigarettes, but all the hallway, elevator areas and lobby were full of cigarette smell, which was horrible. There was no swimming pool, as advertised and the fitness room with a few old machines was payable, which is...

« The stay was generally good and close to shopping district at Beijing Lu. Transportation via Didi was convenient to places of interest. Place was also kept very clean and tidy. Only concern was that there was no place to rest / sit during checkin and checkout process. After checking out (with luggages), I had to sit at the steps while waiting to leave for the airport. »
