'The service was good, and the facilities were nice. My only suggestion would be to have a fan to make the environment cooler and more comfortable. 😊'

'The check in was the best. We arrived late and she accommodated us right away. Surrounded by hummingbirds and beautiful greenery. Breakfast was excellent. Great place to stay'

'Prachtig gelegen accomodatie, midden in de natuur. Uitstekende plek voor vogelliefhebbers. Bijzonder vriendelijke mensen, maaltijden uitstekend. Kies bij voorkeur een hoog gelegen huisje, omwille van beter zicht op de omgeving en de vogels. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Twee nachten waren te kort.'

'Amazing!!!!'

'They were in construction/ renovation on our stay Tried to make is pay twice'

'Super clean, beautiful nature, nice staff. Thanks to Marco and Angel. Definitely recommend'

'Beautiful grounds, but no restaurant or real hospitality The grounds are well kept and the pool is beautiful with lush vegetation around it, about 1.2 hours from Quito. That's where the positives end. There is no functioning restaurant despite what's advertised — we were directed to a roadside eatery up the street with questionable sanitation. "Included" breakfast required scheduling an appointment and lady was not there a worker came out and told us to waited to brew coffee; we skipped it...

'Great staff that went above and beyond. Delicious substantial breakfasts. Beautiful property.'

'Espectacular! es un sitio digno de visitar'

'Breakfast is great including, other meal options ; at night and early morning tour very well, tour guide has a lot of knowledge . Beautiful place. '

'Amazing villa with 3 bedrooms and many lounge areas. The staff and owners were very accommodating and even brought our breakfast to us, as we weren’t staying on the main property. Very clean, amazing views, and it was all in a private neighborhood. It is very safe in Mindo. Fresh fruit trees are growing in the backyard, and yes, you will see many new animals. This is the perfect place for your “I need to do this” vacation. The jacuzzi and pool table were a nice touch. Perfecto! We will...

'There was plenty of birds and trails. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was unexpectedly great. The road getting up to the reserve is a little rocky/bumpy but thats literally the only concern everything else was amazing.'

'Excelente servicio ! El Sr es muy atento y amable'

'El lugar está diseñado para una salida familiar, no es un ligar'

'Central but quiet location in birdwatchers paradise Mindo. Well build and maintained, very friendly and knowledgable staff.'

'Primero tuve una mala experiencia con Expedia, reservé en un hotel y me cancelaron mi reserva y prácticamente me obligaron a ser reubicada en otro lugar. En este hotel no hubo personal durante toda la noche, prácticamente estuvimos solos en el hotel. Al siguiente día llegaron los dueños pero en trato no fue tan cortés lo que no nos hizo sentir cómoda en el establecimiento'

'Beautiful rooms in the woods with many opportunities for walking and seeing birds. But regarding service and breakfast not what you would expect of this type of hotel. Breakfast is basic. Staff are friendly and doing their job. Missed a more personal or famial approach. Staff member told us to be at the entrance of the hotel at 5.50 in the morning to watch birds with him, but did not show up.'

'Un lugar mágico para recibir el año nuevo. Todos son muy amables y serviciales. Felicitaciones por el excelente servicio. '
