'This hotel is in a great location, very central and allowed us to walk to all the places we wanted to visit during our two night stay. There was a flickering light in the bathroom and we only had one robe between two of us. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the grab and go cafe on site do great pastries and the coffee is ok (we prefer super strong kiwi/aussie coffee). The staff were friendly and helpful too. Lovely big room with a view of the CN tower!'

'The apartment was okay, it had everything you need for your stay, but we experienced difficulties to check in, the code to get the key wasn't working, I tried to contact the host, it took at least 35 minutes before they picked up the call and they finally activated the code. The WiFi didn't work during our entire stay, so no internet l, TV, Netflix, etc. We found some garbage in the bedroom. In general it was an okay experience but it could be better.'

'As a Torontonian, I rarely stay in downtown accommodations, but this experience completely exceeded my expectations. The location at Ice Condos was absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of everything we needed. 'There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady. '
