Apartment Folletto in a magical corner of the Maremma Toscana

It is a 50 m2 apartment on the mezzanine floor (5 steps) with an independent entrance, created from the restoration of part of the old mill from the second half of the 1600s, now the owner's home.
Ideal for 2 people, living room with fireplace, open kitchen (fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine), dining table, the sofa can be transformed into a single bed for any third guest (for a fee).
Double height double room, air conditioning only in the bedroom and must be counted according to consumption and deducted from the deposit. (0,55KW/H)
Complete bathroom, shower, bidet and toilet.
We have a cot for children up to 2 years (we do not provide linen and towels for children), high chair and baby bath, if you need it, let us know so that you can find what you need at home.

The exterior is well equipped, gazebo with table, deck chairs where you can relax


THE COST OF THE STAY DOES NOT INCLUDE ( to be paid upon arrival, cash only)
- The security deposit: € 300 which will be returned after checking out that there are no damages and that the cleaning conditions are acceptable
- The cost of air conditioning must be calculated based on consumption and deducted from the deposit
- Traveler fees € 1,50 for person for the first 14days (except children under 14th years of age).

- Shower gel and shampoo, dishwasher soap and washing machine are not included.
- Oil, vinegar and pepper are not supplied.

- Household linen (sheets, towels and kitchen rags)
- Liquid soap for hands and dishes (no machine)
- 2 rolls of toilet paper

Owned by our family since the end of the 17th century, the house is inside our farm, where we still produce olive oil.
Designed to be welcoming in every corner, furnished in a simple style is ideal for every need and can accommodate up to 2-3 people.
