The layout is arranged around a split-sleeping configuration: a primary double bedroom borders the primary spa bathroom, while the second double room and twin-bed room occupy the opposite side of the home near the second full bath. An integrated alcove double bed provides a snug sleeping nook for kids, with an available crib and high chair for toddlers.

Because it sits in Resort 1, guests enjoy immediate proximity to the sports facilities where adults and kids can play soccer, basketball, or tennis before heading inside to recharge. The main open-plan room centers around a fully appointed kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fridge-freezer. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, or stretch out on the corner sofa in front of the wood-burning fireplace, satellite TV, Blu-ray player, and stereo system.

The property’s private spa suite includes underfloor heating across both bathrooms, a whirlpool bath, and direct access to an in-house Finnish sauna. Glass patio doors lead out to a partially covered sun terrace complete with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill. A dedicated parking space sits right outside, with the Baltic shore and Resort 2's daily market just a short walk away.
