Timmeler Sea is a modern, newly built, 5-star luxury vacation home. The home was built using organic, certified materials. It is also suitable for people with allergies and those with disabilities. The first floor consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower stall, and a spacious kitchen with a dining area and a fully equipped living room with a fireplace. The utility room features a washer, dryer, and a dog shower. The loft features 3 bedrooms, a nursery, a bathroom with a corner bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. Outside is a garden with a private dock. A shed with a tool shed, a patio with furniture and a barbecue, 5 bicycles, and a canoe are also available. It’s a 10-minute walk to the beach. There is also a marina with a few restaurants, a campground, and a mini-golf course. A large equestrian center where you can board your own horse.




Childcare: Upon request, we can provide a babysitter for a small additional fee.

Horseback Riding: Riding facilities are right outside your door. If necessary, you can board your own horse at the newly established equestrian center. Opening on May 1, 2008
