Let the stunning vista and ocean view entice and captivate you. Welcome to Brise De Mer a three floor villa situated at Saline Pointe in the exclusive Cap Estate community. This property comes equipped with a private pool and lush tropical grounds which boasts a colourful array of Caribbean fauna.

The welcoming breezes flow through the French doors that span the entire living, dining room & kitchen at Brise De Mer. Not only is the main living area open concept and spacious, but it also has an airy balcony with picturesque views of the ever alluring Caribbean Sea and the famous Pigeon Island National landmark, the beautiful Anse Du Cap beach seen from the villa is a short distance away, just waiting for you to visit. Sit back and take in the scene or host a lavish dinner party. Go down a few stairs to find the pool and lounge area where the uninterrupted views paint the scene.

Brise De Mer has three ensuite bedrooms located on the top floor, the master bedroom and the first bedroom both have king beds & their own private balconies. The third room has two twin beds that can be converted into a king if so desired. The fourth room is a semidetached apartment accessed from the pool deck and is the last floor in the villa, this is a self-contained apartment with a kitchen, full bathroom and living/dining space and its own bar and patio area.

This large spacious villa is great for the couple looking for a quiet and private get away as well as a family who desires a space to play and relax together. The villa is equipped with modern appliances and furnishings, and there are three bathrooms with tubs and two half baths, one located on the main floor and one near the pool.

STAFF: housekeeper/cook - 6 days weekly, a gardener once a week & pool maintenance twice weekly & toiletries, towels & safes are provided.

Notre séjour à la villa Brise de mer a été exceptionnel! La villa est propre, décorée avec gout, elle est tres bien équipée et très fonctionnelle, nous étions 8 adultes.Les photos sont conformes à la réalité, la vue panoramique sur la baie est imprenable et époustouflante! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Lucie et Vanessa.Lucie a été incroyable, d'une gentillesse extraordinaire, elle est prévenante, arrangeante et discrète à la fois, mille merci à elle!Seul point à corriger selon, ce serait de rajouter un éclairage au niveau du BBQ.Nous recommandons les yeux fermés!

Great Villa Great Vacation

What a view from the balcony! House was perfect, very clean and well maintained, staff (Lucy) was exceptional. Beds were all very firm and comfortable and all four bedrooms are equally appointed so no couple was slighted. Rodney Bay is 10 minutes away and has some great restaurants and shopping although the traffic is nerve racking. Best beach is by far Smugglers Cove (5 minutes). Also there is The Naked Fisherman (great food) and "The Cliff" which was a true dining experience on the rock out in the water (ranking in my top 5 ever). Make sure to find the overlook at Point Hardy in Cap Estate, truly spectacular! Would highly recommend this villa for families or couples!

Great friend location

We had a group of 4 couples stay and it was perfectly set up for us. Good living area to socialize, fabulous covered deck for coffee, breakfast, dinner and just relaxing. Lucy was a fabulous addition to house. She and Joanne kept the premises spotless, cooked for us, and just a smiling positive moment in the day.

Lovely villa with amazing views

Our family of 6 adults stayed at Brise de Mer in January 2024 for 9 nights. It is a lovely villa and the views are amazing, to Pigeon Hill and the Body Holiday Resort down on the beach. We watched multiple New Year's Eve fireworks from the veranda. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, 2 of which are large and of equal size, and one in between that is about 25% smaller. There is a fourth room/apartment below with a separate entrance but no one wanted to stay there -- it's a bit of a rabbit warren into the bedroom and it feel very disconnected from the rest of the house. The house is amply furnished though some of the decor is a little dated, such as the dining room. Lucy, the housekeeper, is delightful and keeps the place looking wonderful all the time. She also prepared meals for us, and ordered in fresh fish which she marinaded for us to grill. The property manager was responsive regarding booking, though the concierge service can be slow to deal with; it was responsive to any issues with the villa but I suggest you make your own bookings for golf and tennis or excursions. The golf is 5 minutes away and the tennis is 15 minutes away. The tennis courts are in good condition but not in a very scenic spot nor with any facilities around. The pool area has lovely views (though no shade but for 2 parasols). For a beach, we drove 5 minutes to the beach at Body Holiday Resort or just beyond to the Beach of Cap Maison, which also has a very nice beach restaurant.

I'll start out by saying Lucy was incredible. She is the heart of this home. It is truly lovely. Very well maintained and breathtaking views. Bris de mer has every amenity we needed and more. Perfect location for our party of 7. Great advice from Illtyd and Lucy as to where to go and what to do on the island. Iris gives the most wonderful massages. Bris de mer is top of our list of any VRBO we've stayed. Thank you Blue Skly Luxury for making a dream vacation for our family possible.
