We are offering our 92 m² apartment with a 100 m² south-facing terrace in Groisy, a small village north of Annecy and 40 minutes from Geneva. It features 3 bedrooms, including a master suite and two children’s bedrooms.

Groisy is a small village close to major roads and highways. You’ll have quick access to a variety of activities by car, depending on what you’d like to do.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a small two-story building, in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Despite the nearby road, you’ll be lulled by the sound of the river flowing past the residence. The 100 m² terrace, equipped with a plancha grill and a retractable awning, faces mostly south, allowing you to enjoy meals in the sun on summer days. The apartment comes with a parking space. A shared green space and a pétanque court are directly accessible from the terrace.

We’re a 40-minute drive from Geneva and accessible by train directly from Groisy. We’re 20 minutes from Annecy, 1 hour from Chamonix, and 45 minutes from major mountain resorts such as La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand.
