'The property was great. Personal was great. Valet was great. The only trouble we had was the toilet ran over right away after checking in. I shut the valve off right away just as it started to run over so not as bad as it could have been. It was taken care, mopped and sanitized right away. Another day it plugged again with nothing in it but liquid but did not run over. Several times it had to be flushed up to 5 times before it did a good flush. When we checked out I told them they may have a...

'I was so excited when I learned the Grand Plaza Hotel was opened again. What a disappointment:( Stains on the carpet throughout the room and hallways , mattress was bouncy very uncomfortable you could feel the springs. You could see the wires hanging from the A/C unit. The breakfast was horrible! Biscuits were hard as a rock, gravy watered down along with the coffee, powder eggs were cold along with everything else. Staff was friendly about the only good thing. Do yourself a favor and stay...

'Clean room, good breakfast. Not the most options, not the least amount of options. At the price point, it was worth every penny. Waffles and biscuits and gravy. Weird morning juice options lol. But not a deal breaker. We had a standard king room, had a recliner and a love seat. Tv options were not great. No movie channels at all. No streaming services. We recently stayed in another hotel at a similar price point and they had streaming services provided, movies, and much bigger breakfast....

8.4 van 10, Zeer goed, (1.007 beoordelingen)
'First of all, the rate was exceptionally fair. However, there were a few things that needed attention. There was mold on the shower/tub ceiling. It was brought to their attention and it was mitigated the following morning. The floor throughout was a faux wood flooring and although swept it still turned the bottom of your feet blackish. Could have used a good mopping. Additionally there were corners of the floor where the corners of the wood slats were sticking up and very uncomfortable if you...
