Upon your departure, please be so kind to:

Start/Wash a load of used towels if there is detergent left. If not, no worries.

-Throw away trash outside in the large garbage bins just around the corner to the right outside the apartment building front door.

-General tidiness

-There is no need to wash bedding because beds will be stripped and laundered regardless.

Pull the door tight toward you and press the Lock button headed out for the door to lock on its own. Or return Key the way you retrieved it.

Turn off all lights, running water, & stove

Leave Thermostat on Auto - 67 degrees

****The living room has a pullout couch.

***There’s free parking available in a gravel lot on the right-hand corner of Elm Street and Gate City Blvd, just past the traffic light.

Yet, I’ve often parked along the street right in front of the apartment building. Although the signs indicate a 2-hour limit, I’ve personally parked there for several hours on many occasions without receiving a ticket. Of course, I can’t guarantee enforcement won’t happen, but it hasn’t been an issue in my experience.
