'We stayed in the Rose cottage and it was so clean, well looked after and has beautiful character. We received an email before we arrived with everything we needed to know. The breakfast supplies were such a nice touch and plenty of food for 2 people for 2 nights. Would highly recommend and would love to go back and stay again. '

Fechner Place is situated in a very convenient location and was a great base from which to explore the surrounding towns, wineries and national parks. The only minor negative, no drinking water supplied for taking medication or middle of the night drink when you get up with a thirst . 'I can only say that our eight night stay was wonderful. The apartment Sunset was beautifully appointed and had everything that we needed. We were welcomed with fresh eggs and some chocolates. We were in easy driving distance of some lovely towns and even made it to the Morphettville races. Our last day was simply spent in the apartment and the backyard. Beautiful and relaxing. Altogether a gem!'

'Beautiful area to stay and the glamping was great. The tent was spacious and the bathroom and kitchen just right. It has everything you need and they include all the little things you might need. (Our bathroom door did not close but not material). I think the comms could be improved a bit (we couldn't unlock the trolleys but too late to fix and a map would help) and the multiple wotif emails to provide access codes etc was a bit confusing but that is just feedback for parties. Overall, recommend...

'A quiet property that overlooks the hills of Adelaide in the Barossa Valley. Make sure you buy some supplies and sit on the balcony for breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and the pool great for swimming laps (even in cold temperatures) Just be aware you will need a car or will need to pay for taxis to around. Great restaurant on sight with amazing food.'
