Le Penthouse met en valeur la beauté naturelle de la baie de Coco, une bande de sable immaculée idéale pour la natation, la plongée en apnée, la pêche et le kayak en famille.

Plusieurs porches et un pont de soleil donnent sur la plage blanche et l'eau turquoise pétillante. Vous pourriez facilement perdre le temps de vous détendre avec un cocktail rafraîchi.

"The Penthouse", dispose d'une suite master très spacieuse avec un salon et une cuisine à concept ouvert.

Vous trouverez beaucoup plus à faire et à voir à quelques minutes de Lo Key Villa.

Une promenade facile de 10 minutes vous amène à l'océan Atlantique, où vous pourrez nager, faire de la plongée, du homard et du poisson. Le récif de corail, à quelques centaines de mètres de la côte, regorge de faune sauvage.

Ou, sautez sur un chariot de golf loué et glissez-vous autour de l'île. Il s'agit d'une promenade de deux minutes à The Green Turtle Club et à cinq minutes de trajet pour Bluff House Club. Vous pouvez également faire une croisière sur le New Plymouth historique; C'est une promenade panoramique de 20 minutes de la maison.

Il y a un quai public de 150 pieds devant la maison.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the property. The screened porch was so amazing and the view was oustanding. We could walk over when people were feeding the turtles and rays easily. The directions to find the house were not great and the wifi was spotty. Those were the only things we would improve. Lovely spot!

Cant say enough good things about this place. It is on a paved road just steps from Coco Bay (which is teaming with turtles rays and a few nurse sharks... It us just a few minutes from Green Turtle Cay Marina Hotel. It is however about 20 min out of Plymouth town (the main town on the island).. depending on how fast your golf cart is.. my only criticism is they need better directions to get there... our flight was late and there was no one to "Ask" how to get there... Other than that its our new goto spot

We stayed in Lo Key Penthouse after crossing in our boat from Florida to the Bahamas. The house was in the best location with beautiful views of Coco Bay and close to the public dock where we left our boat each evening. We loved the penthouse and especially the porch - enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings with a glass of wine. The property manager was super quick to respond to all questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful villa in a great location!
My husband and I had a fantastic 10 night stay at Lo Key villa! It is located directly across the street from Coco Bay where we swam with turtles! The villa has a screened in porch that we enjoyed relaxing on! Perfect spot for a romantic getaway! We hope to go back VERY soon!

Poorly Thought Through Arrival Info
We were told by the property owner that the golf cart rental people would give us directions to the apartment. Unfortunately the rental agency was closed & simply left a cart with our name on it with the keys. So we wandered around unnecessarily until we a kind soul on the road showed us the location. The directions are so simple, they could have been emailed to us. To wit: Exit the rental location and turn left. Take the left at the end of the road & folow the road until the beach is on your right. Your apartment is across the street. About a week before our rental the owner told us there would be construction & offered us our money back. This was a birthday celebration & we had our airline tix, so that didn't work. He then told us he pushed the construction back with the contractor until our departure date. He didn't tell us he was going to be doing construction during most of our stay & the contractor was there the day before we left & kept turning the power off, so we had no fans, wifi, cooking, lights, etc.

Everything lived up to our expectations. The porch was a little bit of heaven. The bed was comfy. The big sofa was great for relaxing. The location on Coco Bay was perfect...the bay had a wonderful beach for long walks & good bone fishing. Rent a golf cart & go adventuring.

Lo Key Penthouse was a comfortable relaxing place to stay with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Very comfortable bed and pit couch that all overlooked the bay. Screened porch with grille was a great place to read and relax. Having a washer dryer on property was a added value (especially when the airline misplaced luggage). Location near Green Turtle Club was also a big plus and host was very accommodating.

Couldn’t have been happier with this little corner of heaven! The owner tells you everything you need to know to enjoy your stay here. We especially enjoyed the incredible sunsets from the balcony and evening walks along the cove. Five stars.

Great Location! Exactly what you see in the pictures!
I can't say enough positive things about Low Key Penthouse. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures... and if you travel much, you know that this isn't always the case. Literally across the path from Coco Bay, which is probably the best swimming beach on GTC (great snorkeling, too! Lots to see). Public dock within a few hundred feet makes renting a boat for exploring other cays easy and convenient. A fun golf cart ride away from New Plymouth, and super short ride to Ballyhoo and the Beach Bar, which were our absolute favorite hangouts for food and drinks. If you are craving being where the action is or being able to walk to a bar, this location might not be the best for you. BUT, if you are seeking quiet, easy beach access, and short, easy rides to bars and town, this place is IDEAL. The owner was very easy to communicate with and gave very quick replies. We only rented the upstairs, which was thoughtfully stocked and well cared for. For a few days of our week-long stay, there were other renters in the lower half of the house, but both units have a lot of privacy and we really never knew they were there. Kitchen was fully equipped and I couldn't think of anything that wasn't provided. They even had bug spray and sun block- but I highly recommend bringing a lot of both of these, yourself. Depending on where you are on the cay, the little gnats can be quite persistent! Laundry facilities and an outdoor shower are on the property, too. Loved the screened in porch. Honestly, I can't think of anything that would make this a better location to stay on GTC!

Perfect low key get away!
We stayed in the penthouse for 8 nights in February and it was fantastic! Right on Coco Bay. Calm, clear water, and beautiful beach right outside your door. The house was well stocked and very nice. The screened in front porch was perfect for dining, napping, reading a book or just sitting and enjoying the view. The bedroom is set up so that you can see the bay from bed in the morning. A nice way to wake up. Location is great. You are just a couple minute golf cart ride from Turtle Bay Beach Club, less than 10 from Bluff House and the Tranquil Turtle Bar, and maybe 15 from New Plymouth with all the bars/restaurants and shops (Pineapples was our favorite). Perfect for a couple. Or if you have 2 couples, get the downstairs as well. Highly, highly recommend Lo Key Villa and Green Turtle Cay in general. Beautiful island and beautiful people. We hope to be back very soon!
