Historic Greeley Home - Charm and Location!

Enjoy all Greeley has to offer from this sunny little house in the perfect location. Our individually designated Historic Home is located in the beautiful Monroe Historical District, only 1 block to UNC Campus, 1 block to cafes and restaurants, and 4 blocks to downtown. This cozy victorian home has three bedrooms, two baths, dining room, living room, an all new kitchen, a charming front porch and a spacious back deck. You can experience true historic charm with all the modern comforts of home. Walk to the University of Northern Colorado or downtown Greeley, or just stay in and enjoy this house!

Our two story home has two bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, living and dining area downstairs and a full bedroom and bath, complete with claw foot tub, upstairs. Relax on the front porch or enjoy the large back yard and the rear deck. There is plenty of on the street parking in front and secure, gated off street parking in the back. The whole house is yours.

The kitchen is fully remodeled and the house has new A/C, heat, hot water, electrical and internet.

Walk anywhere from the house for a night out on the town or a day on campus, or enjoy your time in our cozy home with the books, games, television and internet we provide. We also have bicycles available for your use if you want to get to know the town by bike!

House was very clean. Host was quite friendly and responsive to a couple early hiccups. Beds are all narrow doubles and all are shoved against a wall. Suitable for only a single occupant. Living area furniture is very old and uncomfortable for sitting any length of time. Good location.

This is the second time I stayed at this beautiful Victorian style house! My mom, my aunt and I love this place. It’s so cozy! Also close to so many places to eat. We like to thrift and antique in the area. Also enjoyed the Greeley history museum that’s close by. It’s very clean and has a nice kitchen. The host Kimberly is quick to text me back and answer questions! We will be back next year!!

Good spot for NCFM graduation

We were in Greeley for our daughter’s graduation from residency. Was a great location, near to her house with plenty of breakfast spots in easy walking distance. Plenty of parking and plenty of room inside for 5 of us. House is cute and yard/porches nice.

Quiet and charming spot in Greeley - a clean, well lit place

Fantastic and CLEAN historic 1800's home well situated in Greeley. French bakery (La Petite French Bakery) and the best Italian in town (Pinnochio's) 1/2 block away.Tons of great light all through the day, comfy beds and pillows, LOTS of linens, towels, & sheets, handy laundry in the basement if you need it, well stocked with books, kitchen needs, bathroom supplies, etc., good WiFi.Beutifully appointed w/period furniture, tschotchkes, and prints.Upstairs is basically a self contained private suite sleeps 2; two separate bedrooms downstairs at opposite ends of the house for plenty of privacy sleep 2 each. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood at night for the convenient location, everybody slept well, even the front bedroom.Compact and complete kitchen, we cooked and grilled 3 nights, no problems. No fewer than FIVE (count 'em 5!) ways to make your AM coffee...but why do that when you can get a hot croissaint and espresso less than 2 minutes away...??? Everything in the house works, plenty of hot water for the 5 adults we had there.We had zero issues with on-street parking, and if you prefer, there's a private 1-2 car lot behind a locked gate in the rear.If you like the charm and character of older homes, and can roll with the little foibles that go with them (a creak in the floor here and there, etc.), as we do, this is the place for you! Gracious and agreeable host, everything was no problem, WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!

Colorado stay

We are three senior ladies travelling to watch the Shetland Sheepdog National Specialy. This is a lovely century home decorated in period style. The house was comfortable and spacious. Since we were 3 women, a few more plugs would have been helpful, especially upstairs. The upstairs bathroom lighting could have been brighter for makeup application. Also a nightstand would have been nice in the upstairs bedroom. We had an issue with the door lock which was quickly remedied by our hostess. She was super to deal with and quick to respond . Overall a very pleasant stay!

Great place for UNC families

We were happy to be able to land in this home for a few days while checking our son into college. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well appointed and the air conditioning worked well (it was mid 90s during our stay). If I were to change one thing it would be to put a sectional in the sitting room. We like to hang out together and the furniture did not accommodate that.

Spacious historical property in a great location. Plenty of parking outside and easy check in. Lovely comfortable beds, great backyard and excellent washer/dryer in the basement. The only thing was there wasnt really space for our family of 4 to relax in the lounge but otherwise a great property.

Relaxing Visit to the Past

Loved this VRBO. Perfect for 4 of us! Small living room not comfortable though. It forced us to get out and explore. Backyard area was great. Kitchen had everything we needed even not having an oven. Surrounded by local restaurants and in a residential area. I would definitely stay here again!

House was cute and cozy. The only draw back was that there is not an oven in the kitchen- only a small toaster oven. I had planned on cooking a few meals while there, but without an oven it wasn’t possible.

Colorado Trip

This house is not for older folks. My 2 sisters, my brother-in-law, and I range in age from 78 to 80. The reason I stated the house is not for older folks is there is no railing on the steps going into the house. The living room furniture was antique and not comfortable to sit on. The cleaning supplies were in the basement and the basement door was a floor door and not easy to open. The house was very clean and in a good neighborhood.
