Really nice hotel . Anthony was a very sweet person he welcomed us nicely and service was very great. Am sure returning to Ira hotel if I ever find myself in Santorini . We love Anthony soo much such a wonderful manager and clean hotel..and not to forget great spa facilities

Prachtig hotel op mooie en gunstige locatie.
Schitterend hotel als een soort dorpje gebouwd. Grote luxe kamers. Goed ontbijt met mooi uitzicht vanuit de lounge.

Had the best stay we could’ve asked for. Beautiful hotel with stunning views, and lovely staff. The food and location were amazing and I couldn’t highly recommend enough.

We were woken up by construction right above our room. Workers using power drills and hammers right over our ceiling. The room lacked any type of decor. It was plane and reminding of a tunnel. The bed directly faced the front/main door to the outside/main walkway of this very tiny hotel hence, if door was open everyone outside walking by would see you in sleeping/lying in bed or walking around your room half naked. No windows that could be open that would offer any privacy. Again anyone would see you lying in bed. Terrible set up. Property very plain. Breakfast very disappointing.

This hotel was perfect ! The room I booked was the city view. And man it was gorgeous. It looked cave like. When we opened our door it was access to the pool , felt like it was our personal one. The rooms are super clean , workers are extremely nice. Breakfast is great. 8am -11am which I think is very accommodating for sleepers lol. If you have a later flight they will hold your luggage for you and you can still roam around. This hotel is a 20 min walk to all the restaurants, clubs shopping areas , etc.

This property was perched perfectly on the hill to get a spectacular view of Santorini, it’s super close to bus terminals, shopping and places to eat. We had the cave room with courtyard view, just steps away from a view of the caldera . I would definitely stay here again, as the staff was super friendly and helpful with all our questions. I put a 4 for cleanliness only because the counter in our room was noticeably dusty with sand upon our arrival, but other than that, I felt it was a clean environment. I have knee issues and this location doesn’t have an excessive amount of stairs to get to your room from the drop off point.

We stayed for a week at Ira Hotel and had a great time. The hotel is very well situated in Firostefani with a great caldera and sea view. The rooms are spacious and clean. A few minor issues about the room (lights, fridge) were dealt with promptly. Special thanks to receptionist Efi for her great service!

Fantastic location. Beautiful view. Great staff. I wish the pool was heated, but we came in the off-season, so it was cooler but less crowded. Lots of exercise, walking up and down lots of stairs. But that's Santorini for you. Bring your walking shoes and have fun.

Très bel hôtel, vue imprenable sur la caldeira. Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre mais sans que cela ne constitue une gêne. Attention : l’accès au spa (hammam) est payant et n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre, ce qui n’était pas indiqué lors de la réservation. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Unbelievable views from the patio! Breakfast was great and place was super clean. Short walk to a couple restaurants and with car there was convenient parking. Very central to access all parts of the island. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is not accommodating, understanding. I was ignored in person, by phone and by email after multiple attempts to speak with manager. The stairs are slippery, narrow and hard to see due to the same color with floor; amongst other issues.

The property is lovely with amazing views of the Caldera. WARNING: The hotel has stairs everywhere and is not suited for people with limited mobility or heart conditions. I travelled with my 75 yr old mother who has knee issues and her room and mine had the bathroom on a first floor and the bed and living room on a second floor. Stairs in the room are extremely steep. We asked for another room for my mother but staff told us they were all booked, even though we visited during off season. There was very few businesses near the hotel open and its a 20-25 downhill (later uphill) walk to Fira (The Capital City)

The receptionist was great, the view from hotel was spectacular, but rooms are small, dull, no lighting, there was construction near by so allot of noise, and hotel is a little bit of a walk away from city center.

The waiter for breakfast was attentive, polite and inviting. Felt the other staff were pushy such as insisting we sit and not great assistance in arranging transportation/ transfer. Everything was provided at a cost, such as water. Loved the cave idea and room was quite large, but no shower door caused the room to get saturated in water everyday.

The staff was extremely friendly! Always looking to see if we needed help with anything. Super clean establishment with a great view of the ocean sunset, and walking distance from the main part of town. The food here was delicious. We were even allowed to check out and still use the amenities until we had to depart to the airport later that afternoon. Never once were they in a hurry to get us out, on the contrary their service was very comforting and inviting. Definitely coming back to this location.

What a lovely hotel Just a short walk up the hill from centre of Fira. Staff Margarite and Maria on reception couldn't do enough to help. Manus in the restaurant likewise. The breakfast was the best i'd EVER had in a hotel ( included) Views ....well, absolutely spectacular Highly recommend

From the day we booked the hotel looking at a few reviewers, couldn’t wait to experience and share feedback to help other travellers. Mageritta and Maria are the in-charge we met, always smiling, dedicated to work, speak very good English, give clear information, helped us to arrange a taxi for a day tour, which was equally the best. Room service cleaners were equally good, cleaned the room at return and they even delayed the cleaning as per request, allowing us to finish packing. The rooms are a decent size, so we picked Caldera facing… yes it, is right from the window, what a scenic beauty, you don’t wish to leave the room. We picked a room with a cosy balcony to enjoy your tea/coffee with a breathtaking view. Good-sized TV, with Netflix loaded, wow login to your account 👌and it has a nice bathroom. Manos at the restaurant serves you a tailor-made breakfast, has a smiling personality, shares local info, and provides quick service. Ali, the chef is the master chef, so tasty omelette, a variety of bread options, juice options, salad, tea, and coffee… and it’s avail till 11 AM, making it a good brunch to start your day. 10 min walk is a supermarket, which also serves food / does delivery to the hotel till late evening. Thank you, team Ira, you made our stay so memorable 🙏❤️

I love the hotel, very cozy room and nice view of the caldera. The front desk which I believe is the owner was very nice and accommodating. The best of all was the breakfast they served us every morning, the server is fantastic, he is very kind and friendly, and foods are great. Highly recommend.
