'The room does not represent the hotel,it is very old. It is located 100m further from the hotel and they also didn't give us the room we booked. The furniture in the room was too big for the room, you could hardly pass through. The cleaning staff knocked at our door at 9 in the morning when we were still sleeping. The reception staff was not very friendly, they looked at us like we were beneath them. The only good thing was the location and breakfast. '

'We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Nissaki. Het hotel doet z’n 5* eer aan. De staf was vriendelijk, altijd behulpzaam. Het ontwerp en interieur was naar onze smaak dus perfect. De staat was erg goed. De bedden lagen erg lekker in een ruime kamer (voor ons gezin). Het ontbijt was ruime keus en erg goed verzorgd. 'Very comfortable apartment with 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, large fridge in kitchen and tea/coffee facilities. We ate via the room service twice, the food was fantastic. Staff were all lovely and very helpful as was the free transfers to/from the port/main town. The supermarket down the road was big and great for essentials. Pool was lovely and never got too busy. Breakfast was also lovely. Would stay here again.'
