'Half the light bulbs were burnt out . Snow wasn’t shovellled off deck . Phone didn’t work . Chairs were very uncomfortable in room . Big equipment was parked sideways in the parking stalls so couldn’t park in stall in front of room . . Hallway was so hot you could hardly stand it . Restaurant closed . Tv terrible , hard to figure out and hardly any channels . Staff not very helpful . Pop machine empty and snack machine almost empty . Bed was fairly comfortable and heat worked good...

'Our stay was fantastic and I would love to come back. The staff is exceptional. I accidentally left my rings in a locker after visiting the spa and both the spa staff and front desk attendant, Cole, made sure I got them back. The spa services were amazing (shout out Joshua,) and the amenities are fantastic. It’s a little far from town but the club steakhouse was excellent.'
