★ PARKING ★
We lease a space in a nearby parking garage. The garage is located directly behind the apartment building however the parking spot is on the top floor and requires two sets of stairs - one rather narrow.

It is NOT handicapped accessible and could be challenging for those traveling with a lot of luggage. You can park on the street and pay for parking while you load/unload if a spot is available but we cannot guarantee that one will be. When booking our place you agree to hold harmless us as hosts as well as the parking garage owner from any damage or loss that may be caused to your vehicle and agree to their rules and regulations.

It is in the main area as soon as you open the door. It is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family while watching a good movie or playing board games.

Parties, Gatherings & Additional Guests

Parties and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only guests included in the reservation or approved by the host may be on the property. Unauthorized guests, excessive noise, property damage, and violations of house rules are not permitted.

Guests are responsible for the cost of any actual damage, missing items, or additional cleaning required beyond normal turnover cleaning, where applicable under Airbnb’s policies. Violations may be reported to Airbnb and could result in further action under Airbnb’s policies.
Shoes: Please remove your shoes upon entering the property.
Smoking & Vaping: E-cigarettes and vapes are permitted outdoors only. Please do not vape inside the property.
Cigarette Butts: Please dispose of cigarette butts in the outdoor trash bins located outside the parking garage. Do not leave cigarette butts on the ground or dispose of them inside the property. Additional cleaning costs may be requested through Airbnb if necessary due to excessive cleanup.
Pets: No pets are permitted on the property, subject to applicable Airbnb policies regarding assistance animals.
Parties & Gatherings: Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Only guests included in the reservation or approved by the host may be on the property.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, especially when using the balcony, out of consideration for neighbors.
