Welcome to the PM-PremiumAPART in Graz-Strassgang! Our studios & suites offer the perfect place to stay, whether you're on a business trip, a city trip or planning a family vacation. They offer you a comfortable and cozy home – also for longer stays.
IMPORTANT: You can enjoy the breakfast buffet at our direct neighbors!

We have 8 studios and 2 suites with sizes between 30 and 50 m². One of the studios offers an accessible environment for guests with limited mobility.
Eight apartments have their own outdoor area (between 8 and 12 m²): they are the perfect place to enjoy your meals outdoors or just relax!

Luxury and comfort are a top priority when you lie on the soft mattresses and the pleasant duvets. Our extra-long queen size beds have a length of 210 cm and a width of 180 cm and guarantee restful sleep!

Each studio/suite has a fully equipped kitchenette with a hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine - of course, cutlery, dishes & Co are already on site.

In our modern bathrooms, a high-quality shower awaits you, which ensures a pleasant start to the day.

For business travelers, there are separate work areas that allow you to be productive while enjoying the comfort and convenience of a fully equipped apartment.
Particularly noteworthy is that we have a fast and reliable fiber optic internet connection, so you can always stay connected to the world.

All our guests have access to the laundry room on the 2nd floor, where washing machine and dryer are available for everyone.

We also offer an easy and secure check-in by code without long queues!

Access to all PM-APART apartments is via an electronic lock with a numeric code. You will receive this code by email as well as by guest app prior to arrival, which is valid for your booked stay.
