The home includes access to Breakwater Resort and all of the fun amenities there including the pickleball court, two shared hot tubs, wood-burning fire pits (firewood provided), a clam cleaning station, and a 5 to 15-minute path to the beach that is dry from July to October (bring waterproof boots the rest of the year). There is so much to explore in the surrounding area, so enjoy the beaches, museums, and marinas during the day – then relax, eat-in, and hang out all evening!

• House Rules: Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No smoking anywhere on the property. No events or parties unless your group has reserved part or all of the resort. The person booking must be 21 or older. Infants under 2 don't count toward the 4-guest maximum.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. Late checkout is available for $25 when the cleaning schedule allows; message us to ask.
