La Farniente – Green House with Saltwater Pool, Close to the Médoc Beaches

Just 3 minutes from naturist or family beaches, in the heart of the Médoc Natural Park between Soulac and Montalivet, opposite Euronat, La Farniente welcomes you in a bright and eco-friendly setting.



This recently renovated house offers all the necessary comfort with high-quality bedding and organic cotton sheets, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and separate toilets. The spacious living room can be converted into a second bedroom thanks to a premium sofa bed, allowing you to comfortably accommodate up to 4 or 5 people.



At the back, you will enjoy a large 10 x 5 m saltwater pool, fully fenced and secluded. Open from April to October, Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm, it is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and a garden lounge for relaxing moments in complete tranquility. At the front, the terrace overlooks a landscaped 600 m² garden, ideal for convivial meals around the barbecue.



Designed with respect for the environment, La Farniente is equipped with solar panels, water and lighting saving devices, and a charging station for electric cars.



Nearby, you will find cycle paths 100 meters away with bike rental available, a golf course and tennis courts 10 minutes away, a convenience store 3 minutes away, as well as many beach restaurants and châteaux to visit throughout the Médoc region.



The house is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and parties are not permitted.
