'Clean'

'I should have checked if the room was on 1st or 2nd floor. My husband is disabled and climbing the stairs was very difficult for him. The room was very nice, beautiful view, nice area. Only issue my not checking if it was 1st or 2nd floor.'

'Easy to get to, lots of parking. Free coffee. Staff are very helpful. Walls seemed a bit thin, but definitely a lot of people due to the casino. Easy to get over to Galena for some sight seeing.'

'We enjoyed the hot tub.'

'Our thermostat did not work'

'Great place very nice will stay again; poor cell signal in area.'

'only stayed one night....but comfortable.'

'This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left.'

'Het was een fijn hotel, gewoon goed niet zwak niet over de top! Parkeerplaats erbij dus dat was fijn, eettentjes op loop afstand! Heeeeeel aardig personeel en bed lag lekker '

'Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had.'

'You can tell this was once a beautiful place. It is very tired now. Pealing wall paper, worn out furniture, paint coming off walls and ceilings and even tattered lace curtains on the windows. Could be beautiful again but would take a large amount of money and work.'

'Nice place to stay, room was really nice'

'The hotel was great for a small town.'

'We had a non- smoking room that smelled like smoke. There was still ashes on the bed nightstand. I told the front desk to make sure we would not be charged a cleaning fee and they did not seem to care. Room looked nothing like it did in the pictures and is in need of updating and repairs. Carpet was old, stained and had holes in spots. Inside of kitchen cabinets had dead bugs and garbage and looks like it has not been cleaned in years. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Beds were...
