'On here Expedia I have sent serval messages to the property asking and according to the hotel they never received a single message. Nor did any of my questions get answered. According to the hotel, they also stated that the pool and Jacuzzi was out of service and they claimed they told you to post it. It is not posted anywhere and the annoying messages you sent me never stated they were out of service. You wasted my trip experience Expedia..'
