« Dirty room, bad smell, lots of dust and long hair in the very old looking bathroom, noisy AC, shower head with no pressure, dirty windows … I really enjoy best western venues in general, this one was, by far, the worst I’ve been to »

« They do not have daily housekeeping; the pool is not functional and remains locked. and the staff does not dress or act professional. Bring extra linens, towels, pillows, and soap because they do not provide them to guest »

« The facility was extremely clean and comfortable. It’s located off the main road and quiet but close enough to several amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Haley, was at the front desk when I came in and brought peace to my hectic morning travel. »

« Property was very clean and quiet. We had a late check in as we were staying here after our wedding and it was very seamless. No complaints and our stay was perfect! The room met all of our needs and we had no complaints. »

« Shower did not work in the assigned room so we had to go to another room to take a shower. Breakfast was not included. The hotel is run down and so checked out Saturday morning and will not ever stay at this hotel again and possibly not stay at this hotel chain. »

« Great location…clean room, staff friendly….Hallways are pretty dark, a woman traveling alone it was something I noticed I right away. Very nice complimentary breakfast. »
