'Nice, clean place, maintained with a lot of love for the property. '

'Let me start by saying the facility is nice and clean. Unfortunately the TV was not plugged in (which took a while to figure out) and then the remote didn't work unless it was right up to the set (in other words it wouldn't work from the couch). A call to the emergency number was never returned. We went to watch in the common area and that TVs remote had no battery at all (perhaps another renter needed the batteries which I couldn't obtain in the middle of the night). Worst of all THERE...

'While it was dirty and it was pointed out to staff that were dismissive. The major issue is the fact that the amenities are limited and was not disclosed at the the time of booking only part way through the stay. We were not able to check in until after 5pm and the only offering for that major inconvenience was “free parking” for one vehicle while it was 2 rooms affected. The colouring activity was a nice simple touch that aided in the long wait times for the room or the pool. '

'The mattress was worn out and sagged, we didn't have hot water the first night in the bathroom, no towels at the pool, hot tub jets didn't really work well, parking was too expensive, hidden fees as well. '

'Rooms clean. Very ecclectic/vintage furniture and decor! Location was excellent for walking to the downtown tourist section (15 minutes tops) or a quick drive. '

'Zeer verouderd hotel. Gordijnen waren kapot en de wc bril bladdert af. Kamer/badkamer was niet schoon. Ontbijt gaat via een menu en je krijgt niet wat je besteld. Overigens was het eten ook smakeloos en niet goed. Ligging van het hotel is prima en centraal!'

'Good experience overall, good amenities although front staff at the was inexperienced and oblivious to the natural concept of customer service satisfaction which gave me a very poor impression when the vending machine refused to dispense my drinks after payment this unbelievable front staff insisted nothing can be done for me. I was about to raise a lot of mess but another staff came in and saved the day. They should train their staff properly not that nonsense staff experience '

'My family enjoyed the water park and the arcade. Our room was clean. What affected the enjoyment of our room were the neighbors. The first night, they played their music loudly until late into the night. The second night, we heard them declare it was a movie night. It was loud. We stayed in room 282. Despite the noise, we did like the water park so we will go back. '
