'We stayed at this property, but the experience did not meet our expectations. The room faced the boulevard, making it very noisy—every passing vehicle was audible, indicating poor soundproofing. Additionally, despite adjusting the thermostat, the room temperature remained at 19°C, which was uncomfortable. It was impossible to heat the entire room properly. We had hoped for a more pleasant and comfortable stay. Improvements are needed to meet travelers' expectations.'
