Tucked into a quite street surrounded by forest, close to downtown Flagstaff and NAU, Pinnacle Pines offers a unique setting of luxury, privacy and natural beauty.

We are nestled within the largest Ponderosa Pines forest in the world. It sits atop a hillside with breathtaking views of the San Francisco Peaks.

We have close access to miles of hiking and biking trails and are located 3 miles from Downtown Flagstaff. It's the perfect place to enjoy the Flagstaff Mountain Lifestyle!

The house was perfect! 2couples and our kids. It was pretty close to 2 master bedrooms, bedrooms with attached full size bathrooms which was a pleasant surprise. The house was clean and spacious. Fun games. The downstairs master bedroom had THE MOST comfortable bed! The one and only thing I could suggest is a crockpot but that’s just a personal preference.

Incredible home! incredible host! incredible city!

Can’t express how excited we were to go explore Flagstaff and Sedona from Canada. The host is awesome. Kept in constant communication with us. We had a small problem when one of our family members fell ill, and the host allowed us to switch the dates to the following week. Flagstaff and Sedona are so beautiful to visit! Flagstaff is a much cheaper option than trying to get accommodations in Sedona. but it’s only a 35 or 40 minute drive depending on where you’re going. We hope to be invited back again someday! We would definitely recommend this House and host to anyone that’s considering a visit to Flagstaff, just a quick note in regards to the house itself. It’s a beautiful two-story with a huge master bedroom on the main floor for anyone that can’t do stairs. It has two living rooms, one up one down, huge double car garage and four bathrooms with a fairly good size backyard as well. The community itself is beautiful. I wish I owned it! Thanks again!Terry & Family!

Very clean, convenient location, all we needed

Received check in details day of after sending DM. Location was easy to find. House was much bigger than what we needed, plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood. House in good order. We slept there but gone bulk of the time. Back patio is nice but no real privacy. If that does not bother you, I imagine it is very nice if the dogs behind at the neighbors are not out. They are very vocal. You cannot hear them inside the house. Carpet tacks in primary room between room and bathroom poked us a few times before we got smart and stepped over them. Ouch. Beds were comfortable. Owner Instructions were clear. Driveway a little small with a truck but all worked out. Loved having coffee pods left for us as we forgot them. Thanks

Wonderful location

The house worked perfect for us. Nice property with hiking trails in the neighborhood. We were in Flagstaff for a flag football tournament at NAU and this was a great location only 5 minutes from the NAU campus.

Wonderful and relaxing stay!

The owners were very intentional about setting this place up for success. It had everything we needed for our family of 6! We have kids ranging from 1 to 18, and it had all the needs: games, shuffle board table, easy access to streaming services, nice sized tvs, 2 living areas, comfortable beds, and they even had baby gates which came in handy for our 1 year old. Also, the place had fans in every room, plus additional standing fans. Ambience was cozy and comfortable. And the place was extremely clean. A win all the way around!!!

We have loved coming to Flagstaff to visit our Lumberjack at NAU and this has been our go to house. Very close to campus, quiet neighborhood, great house! Sadly, our time at NAU is slowly coming to an end as our son will graduate in May. Thank you for the memories!

Great place to stay

We had a great stay at this location for a ski weekend. Unfortunately the skiing didn’t happen so we headed to Williams which was only 30 minutes down the road. House was well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had 3 families and there was plenty of room. House was clean and host was in contact as much as I needed and very helpful. I would stay again.

This house was perfect! We went for the North Pole experience but didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This house was the perfect size. My kids loved the duffle board. I loved that they could play in the snow in the backyard while I sat by the fire 😂 inside. House was super clean. Decorated so cute. And the neighborhood was very nice and new. Highly recommend this property.
