Located in Grand Baie, in an estate of 29 secure villas, the 225 m2 single-storey OBA villa offers an exceptional setting for a stay where charm and serenity come together harmoniously. As soon as you arrive, you'll receive a warm welcome from Rebecca, our receptionist, who will take the time to introduce you to the villa and all its features (TV, Wi-Fi, etc.).

Relax in the elegantly furnished living room with TV and ceiling fan, bathed in natural light. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, and opens onto a terrace with dining table and two ceiling fans, perfect for al fresco dining.
Outside, two deckchairs invite you to soak up the sun, while a charming gazebo houses two other comfortable double deckchairs, perfect for moments of relaxation.

The villa features three air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms with ceiling fans. Each room includes a dressing room and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. All three bathrooms also feature an outdoor shower.
For your comfort, we provide top-of-the-range bed linen, as well as brand-name bath sheets and beach towels, a guarantee of quality and well-being.

Outside, the 6x4-metre, 1.40-metre-deep saltwater pool (unheated) is ideal for incomparable moments of relaxation.
To complete this exceptional atmosphere, the 500 m2 tropical garden immerses you in an exotic ambience.

Every detail of this villa has been thought out for your comfort and entertainment: a connected TV only in the living room. The dressing room in the master suite is equipped with a safe for your valuables.

To make your arrival as easy as possible, we've put together a selection of essentials to get your stay off to a good start.
You'll find a bottle of water in the fridge to refresh you, as well as the following items: salt, pepper, sugar, tea, washing-up liquid, sponge, hand soap, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 3 garbage can liners, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 coffee capsules and 2 detergent capsules.
These little extras are designed to help you make the most of your stay straight away. However, it will be up to you to supplement these items as required (toilet paper, garbage can bags, dishwasher tablets, coffee, washing powder).

During your stay, you will benefit from a full maintenance service. The villa is kept in impeccable condition thanks to the housekeeper's visit twice a week, as well as regular visits by our gardener and pool designer David, who visits twice a week. Should the need arise, our maintenance department, run by Noah, will be on hand to respond quickly to any technical requests.

CAP ISLAND also offers a concierge service to meet your needs with a range of services such as boat trips, swimming with dolphins, vehicle rental, private chefs, and more.

The villa is ideally located to meet all your needs from the moment you arrive. Just 5 minutes away by car (1.7 km), you'll find the Super U shopping center, Pain et Moulin a very good bakery and 5 minutes away (2 km), the La Croisette shopping center, home to an Intermarché and numerous boutiques. These two shopping areas offer everything you need for your purchases, whether groceries, fresh produce or other conveniences.

As far as beaches are concerned, you're within easy reach of some of the island's most beautiful:
- Plage de Grand Baie: 6 minutes away by car (2.1 km).
- Plage de Pereybère: 9 minutes by car (3.9 km).
- Plage de Bain Bœuf: 12 minutes by car (5.4 km).

To guarantee your comfort and optimum organization, check-in takes place between 2pm and 7pm, but depending on the previous day's departures, it can be brought forward to 9am by arrangement with our receptionist. Check-out is at 11am, to allow us to prepare the villa carefully for future visitors. These flexible hours are designed to offer you the most pleasant experience possible.

In short, everything you need is in the immediate vicinity of the villa. However, we recommend that you rent a car, which we can reserve for you, so that you can take full advantage of these amenities and explore the area with ease.
