'What a fantastic property! We were so surprised when we got to this accommodation, its perfectly situated in walking distance for everything that you would want or need in Annecy. The bedrooms were perfect and the social spaces were fab too. The host was so lovely and helpful too. We had a wonderful weekend and as a group of 6 friends, are already wanting to return with our families! Would recommend to anyone!'

'Het huis ligt tegen een helling met mooie grote tuin en flink terras. lekker beschut tegen de zon tussen naaldbomen. eigenaresse is behulpzaam en praat redelijk Engels. Het huis is redelijk ingericht maar niet lux. veel spinnen en vliegen liggen op de loer. bedden zijn redelijk tot goed. boven en onderverdieping goed bereikbaar en goed ingericht. in de omgeving zeer goede zwem plekken aan het meer van Annecy. ga niet uiteten dan krijg je bagger eten tegen een onbetaalbare prijs. supermarkten...

'This is a charming property up in the hills but close to the lake. The view is amazing and could sit all day on the deck. regarding the house itself, we found the layout to be quite eclectic and a bit run down. While the many stairs leading up to the entrance were not an issue for us as we were prepared for the climb, the interior configuration presented some challenges. Specifically, the stairs leading to the upper bedrooms are very steep and proved difficult to navigate at night, particularly...

Nos hôtes ,Martial et Murielle, tres sympathiques et passionnés de leur région nous ont donné beaucoup d’idées pour passer un agréable séjour. 'This is a renovation of an old chalet. Upper-level renovation is very nice - but unfortunately, if it's hot out, the bedrooms would be too hot to sleep in. This home would likely be much better in the winter than in the summer. Unfortunately, the lower level of the home smells terribly from the door to the garage (that you don't have access to).'

'Lovely peaceful property a 10 minute walk from the lake. The house has everything you need for comfortable stay, and the fans in the bedrooms are a must. Lovely pool area which the kids loved. Close to a great bakery, green grocers and Lidl. Bus stop to go to Annecy only 5 minutes away. The house was perfect for our stay and Myriam our host was very responsive when needed. '
