'L'accueil des propriétaires est excellent. le gîte est au calme, dans la nature. Tout est propre. Je suis donc vraiment contente de mon séjour et je recommande et le gîte et les propriétaires qui sont sympathiques. J'en dirais moins du site Abritel qui est une horreur. Pour communiquer avec les propriétaires il faut obligatoirement passer par eux, avec des envois de code. 'Nous avons choisi cette maison pour fêter la nouvelle année entre amis avec nos enfants. La maison est telle que sur les photos vaste et confortable. Elle est par ailleurs très bien située dans un quartier très calme près de la Charente et à proximité de Cognac et des zones commerciales. Le jardin qui donne sur un bosquet est très agréable et doit être encore plus joli en été. Toute la logistique s'est très bien passée de la contractualisation jusqu'au remboursement de la caution. 'Nous avons passés un très bon séjour en Dordogne ! La maison de vacances est très belle, spacieuse et fonctionnelle (8 personnes sans problèmes). Il faudra prendre votre voiture pour faire quelques courses, mais l’étang n’est pas loin et on peut y passer une très bonne journée. Nous avons découvert les villages environnants (Saint-Jean-de-Cole - Brantôme - …) Faites confiance à Hélène et Andy qui sont des hôtes à l’écoute et très bienveillants ! A une prochaine fois :)'

'J’ai loué cette villa pour les 30 ans surprise de mon compagnon. Le propriétaire a été très à l’écoute, réactif et arrangeant malgré la situation sanitaire que nous traversons. Villa qui a répondu parfaitement à mes attentes : grand séjour, nombreux couchages avec linge de lit fournis, extérieur grand et spatieux pour amuser petits et grands. Fidèle aux photos. Je recommande.'

"Nous n'avons pas pu passer la nuit, la réception fermant à 20h. Nous avons reçu l'e-mail de confirmation de réservation à 19h53. Nous étions encore en route, et il s'avère que le dernier paragraphe mentionne que la réception ferme à 20h. Ils ne prennent pas la peine d'appeler, et Expedia, où nous avons fait la réservation, ne donne même aucune information. Un endroit très douteux ; mieux vaut éviter cette étape. Au final, cela nous a coûté 148 €, et il s'est avéré qu'il y avait un très bon motel à 500 mètres. Cet endroit est un désastre ; évitez-le à tout prix."
