The Space:

The home is spread across two levels, giving your group plenty of space to gather while still offering room to retreat.



On the lower level, a comfortable living and game area features a large sectional, Fire TV, and foosball table. Step directly outside to the private hot tub and propane fire pit for an evening under the Colorado sky.



Two bedrooms are also located on this level. The king bedroom offers a comfortable space to unwind, while the bunk room is perfect for kids, friends, or additional guests with a twin-over-twin bunk bed plus a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle that can be configured as two twins or combined into a king.



A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer complete the lower level.



Upstairs

The second level opens into the main gathering spaces of the home.



The dining room comfortably seats eight for family dinners, game nights, or a big breakfast before heading to the mountain.



The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing meals at home, with a large island, full-size refrigerator, oven and range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, glassware, and other everyday kitchen essentials.



Just beyond the kitchen, the upstairs living area provides another comfortable place to gather with leather seating, a TV, and an additional table with seating for four.



Bedrooms & Sleeping

The home offers multiple sleeping spaces across both floors, including two spacious upstairs suites.



The primary suite provides much more than a place to sleep. Along with a comfortable bed, it features its own sitting area, TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and dedicated workspace with a desk and monitor—perfect for guests who need to mix a little remote work with their mountain getaway.



With bedrooms and living areas distributed across both levels, the layout works especially well for extended families, multiple couples, and groups traveling together.
