The adjacent dining area accommodates up to six guests, with three additional seats available at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, tiled countertops, and wooden cabinetry.
On the main floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, window views, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is an excellent choice for children in the group, furnished with twin bunk beds and a single twin trundle. This second bedroom is conveniently accessible to all guests via the main hallway.
The lower level of the home includes a spacious secondary living room with comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen television, and access to the private patio where, after an adventurous day outdoors, you can retreat to the comfort of your private hot tub. Imagine yourself enveloped in warm water, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views – an ideal way to relax and refresh your senses. Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
