Casa Vista Granby is designed to comfortably host large groups while showcasing some of the most impressive mountain views in the area. The home offers 11 bedrooms, two living areas, and a large wrap-around deck with sweeping views of the Rocky Mountains, just 1 mile from the base of Ski Granby Ranch.
The upper level features a spacious open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area built to bring everyone together. Amenities include two outdoor hot tubs, an indoor steam room, and generous indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. The kitchen is equipped with a large island, ample counter space, and extensive tools suitable for both casual meals and group entertaining.
Outdoors, guests will find a natural-gas grill (no refilling needed), a year-round gas fire pit, and a handicap-accessible ramp. Six lower-level bedrooms are equipped with newly installed A/C and heat-split systems, providing individualized comfort and serving as a secondary heat source. The home also utilizes dual boilers for heating and hot water, along with multiple thermostats, allowing different areas of the house to be adjusted independently.
Winter Access
During winter months, all-wheel drive with snow tires is strongly recommended to ensure smooth access in and out of the driveway. For added preparedness, tire chains and a tow strap are kept on site if assistance is ever needed.
Cleaning & Care
Cleaning for a home of this size typically runs around $600. Guests who take exceptional care of the property may receive a credit for any cleaning savings.
Property Scale & Maintenance Expectations
Casa Vista Granby is a large, high-capacity mountain home with extensive amenities and systems designed to support groups of this size. While the home is continuously maintained and improved, the scale and mountain environment mean that occasional maintenance items can arise during a stay.
To minimize disruption, the property is equipped with redundant systems for heating, hot water, and major appliances, allowing the home to remain fully functional even if individual components require attention. Our local team lives nearby and prioritizes timely solutions so guests can continue enjoying their stay.
Guests who are most comfortable here understand that this is a well-cared-for, high-functioning retreat property, not a hotel or newly built resort, and appreciate the foresight built into its design.
