There is a shuttle stop at City Market, which is an easy walk from the condo and will take you to the Winter Park Resort. Some must-visit attractions include Grand Elk, Pole Creek, and Granby golf resorts, Snow Mountain YMCA, Granby Ski Area, and many cross-country and mountain biking trails. Wintertime visitors can experience downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, downhill tubing, snowmobiling, and ice skating, while summer guests can try golfing at Grand Elk, Pole Creek, and Granby resorts, fishing and boating at large nearby lakes, hiking, and mountain biking.
On the first floor, you will discover a private bunk bedroom with a smart TV, an en suite bathroom, and access to a private patio with impressive mountain views. The second floor houses the main living space with a beautifully appointed open floor plan. Curl up on the inviting sofa in front of the gas fireplace and stream your favorite movies and series on the smart TV with a sound bar that can be used with the TV or music from your phone via Bluetooth. There is a TV stand that you can pull out and down to be more aligned with your head while sitting on the couch. Prepare exquisite homemade meals for the crew in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances and cookware. The dining area opens onto a mountain-view balcony, which is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage.
The third level houses two bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a large smart TV with a sound bar that can be used with the TV or music from your phone via Bluetooth, an en suite bathroom, and a private balcony with seating and impressive views The other bedroom also has a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. Additional perks include a child step stool for the bathroom, a high chair, a playpen, free WiFi, and brand-new mattresses, sofas, a dining table, kitchenware, duvets, blankets, and pillows.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
