Upon entering the apartment, we directly access the living room, decorated with high-quality furniture, including a 1.50 cm double sofa bed, side table, chairs, and a 50-inch Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to make your stay more comfortable. Next to the kitchen is a dining table that seats 4 guests. This space is very bright, thanks to the 3 balconies offering views of Calle Mesones and Placeta de Santo Cristo.

The bedroom, located next to the living room, is spacious and bright, with two balconies that overlook Calle Mesones and Caldereros. It features a 1.60 x 2 m double bed and a large built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom, located next to the bedroom and accessible from the living room, is spacious and features a shower tray. It also benefits from natural light through a balcony overlooking Calle Caldereros.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. Despite being fully exterior, the double-glazed windows ensure a high level of comfort and peace.

As it is a historic building, there is no elevator.

The apartment’s location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, as it is in the heart of Granada, just steps away from the city’s main tourist attractions. In addition, the area has numerous shops, restaurants, and tapas bars where you can enjoy authentic Andalusian cuisine.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
