Villa's in Gran Alacant

'The villa was just as described and as we had hoped. Beautiful, spacious villa which met the needs of all of us there from 1 to 65. Perfect pool, lots of places to hang out as a group or on your own. Close to Aldi and also a huge store selling everything that you will ever need as well as bars and restaurants 10-15 minutes walk away, or a short drive into Alicante if you wanted to see more. Novadesta who arranged the meet and greet were very helpful and Martin was the perfect attentive host...

'We zijn in Oktober met de familie in het huis verbleven. Het is een prachtig huis op een top locatie. Ietwat gedateerd her en der, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Heel dicht bij het tram station , dus een auto is niet nodig. Zeker een aanrader!'

'We hebben genoten tijdens ons verblijf . Het huis had alle comfort welke nodig is voor een prettig verblijf. Mede dankzij het prachtige weer hebben we kunnen genieten van het zwembad om de hoek. Restaurants en supermarkt zijn op loopafstand. '

'The property is exceptional, private pool being the main sellong point for us when we stayed. Couldnt fault it, other than being a little far out but its still only 20 minutes in a taxi to Alicante so not that bad. But the real star is Jason and his family, who were incredible hosts who lived closed by so when i accidentally locked us out, Jason was round in no time at all to help us out. Truely made our stay brilliant.'

'Mooie locatie, alles dichtbij en mooi uitzicht. Huis is wel gedateerd qua interieur en de tuin had weinig sfeer, wat zonde is omdat de plek geweldig is. Interieur zou een opfris beurt kunnen krijgen en de tuin sfeervoller door bijvoorbeeld verlichting en mooie bloempotten. In de tuin kapotte verlichting en rommelig. Zwembad is fantastisch . Ook het solarium was sfeerloos en daardoor niet uitnodigend om te gaan zitten. Heel jammer want het is een geweldige plek!! Er zou zoveel meer van dit huis...

'Completely furnished and equipped villa, well maintained in a small residential zone in the countryside. Great walking and bicycling area. A short car or bicycle ride from shops and restaurants. Would recommend for family vacation! '

'Sehr schönes, modernes Ferienhaus mit Aussenpool. Wir haben die Herbstferien bei schönstem Wetter mit der ganzen Familie sehr genossen. Marc hat uns beinahe jeden Wunsch (Kindersitz, Kinderbett, Abreisezeit…..) erfüllt, besten Dank! Kommen gerne wieder, Urs und Familie'

'Prima vakantiewoning, het zwembad ernaast is echt heerlijk en netjes. Goede airco in de woning en alles is aanwezig in de woning, wat je nodig hebt. Veel grote supermarkten in de buurt, en heerlijke restaurants ‘ Het echtpaar wat de sleutels verzorgd, is erg aardig en kun je alles aan vragen over de buurt. Minpuntje vonden wij het grind om het huis, je kan nooit op blote voeten lopen, doet behoorlijk zeer, de tuintafel is vrij gammel en de stoelen om de tuintafel zijn ook wel aan vervanging...

'Na een lange reis toegekomen in Coveta Fumá waar we werden opgewacht door de sleutelbeheerder die ons dan meteen een rondleiding gegeven heeft. Vanaf dan konden we aan ons welverdiende verlof beginnen,daar wij gingen om met de moto’s te toeren in de streek was dit de ideale lokatie ook de perfecte garage om de zes moto’s te stallen en zelfs de twee aanhangwagens.alles netjes achter een perfect afsluitbaar terrein Na de vermoeiende bergritten konden we helemaal tot rust komen in deze prachtige...

'Overall the villa was lovely and had everything we needed. The only thing we could suggest is a few lightweight fold up sun loungers/chairs to use at the pool be provided. Location was excellent for both pool and commercial centre. Petur was very helpful and friendly.'

'Snel geholpen bij receptie, schuin en goed geregeld. Handig dat je in het restaurant 24 7 kan eten. 10 minuutje over de snelweg naar het vliegveld'
