'Jen (the owner) was very welcoming, as were Bear (dog) and the cats. We enjoyed our overnight stay and would love to return and stay for longer. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable.'

'We booked the Delixe Family Room and was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking easy and close. Pool water heater wasn’t working when we went but spa was working and was very relaxing. 'This a unique property, very cosy and peaceful. It was exactly as advertised and very charming with a well presented modern attached bathroom. Karen was a really helpful host and the location for us was great especially as Karen gave us so much advice and assistance to plan our day in the Grampians. Sadly due to the cloud cover we did not get to see the night sky but on a clear night anyone keen on stargazing will have a great view.
