'To start on a positive note, the staff was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, our overall experience with the hotel, the room and the communication with management/owner was disappointing. We stayed in the Libro d’Oro suite, and upon arrival, one of the toilets was already broken. We were told it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. After just one night, the second toilet also stopped working, leaving us with no functioning toilets in the room. Initially, no solution or assistance was offered...
